This is a really nice drawing <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> you've got the style just right <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> just a few things, if you shade the iris darker at the top and around the pupils, the eyes will look less staring and also, to get better impact and origionality, try to add character to your drawings, give them a cheeky smile or something <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
otherwise this is really nice and i love the shading and the clothes (i could never draw clothes) haha. The hair you've drawn is really nice and i like the detail you've put in showing the drawn back hair and also her ears are really well drawn <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
