Choji Akimichi

As far as this looks very very well, I have some critiques which I hope you won't mind, and also how to "fix" them.

The eyes aren't perfectly round, and not even, in order to help with that look at a penny or coin and start by drawing 4 lines, 90 degrees space between them, like a horizontal and vertical axis, then you connect all the semicircles, it should give you not necessarily a perfect circle but almost a perfect circle.

Next would be the shadows, I saw how you made perfect shadows for hair, but you didn't do that for the face or the neck. You probably didn't know how to put them or simply didn't want to, if you were too shy to try then I have a tip for you, try selecting a light source, even if it's way out of the picture, and use some shadows close to the ears, not only on them.
